We have direct access 1 and 2 car garages, as well as private yards in select apartments.

We require a gross income of 3x the rent at Grand Villas at Tuscan Lakes, which is verified through Payscore.

You will be paying your water/sewage, and internet along with your monthly rent payment.
You are responsible for setting up electricity, and renters insurance.
Rent is due on the first of every month, and payments are made on the resident portal.
